recommend. I regret going with them in the first place. save yourself some hassle and find another company to hire. 2.0 Pinesha H. District Heights, MD 3/25/2021 Remodel a Kitchen This company does not value its customers or honor the warranty on work performed. I hired them to install new flooring in the entry way, bathroom, kitchen and laundry room, install a brand new entry door and storm door, and remodel the kitchen. I spent almost 28,000 with the company to complete the work back in October 2020 and I cannot get them to come back and fix all of the issues. I have been calling, texting and emailing my Project Coordinator, who is also a manager, since the completion of the project. She has scheduled three appointments for the issues to be completed and each time no one showed up. Her response was to accuse me of not being home rather than to apologize, take responsibility and correct the error. My last email was almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting for a response. They hired two different contractors to do the work. One to install the doors and one to do the floors and kitchen remodel. Both were problematic. The door installer had to return on 3 different occasions to fix issues. The job was done so poorly I was offered a concession in exchange for signing off on the job. I have yet to receive the concession. The other contractors completed the work but the company sent no one to do a quality check. Shortly after, I noticed a few minor issues and brought it to their attention. Hence the 3 different appointments where no one showed up. Now that it has been 5 or 6 months, the minor issues have now become bigger problems that will require me to spend more money to fix. DO NOT SPEND ONE DIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Anyone who does not value you as a customer does not deserve your money.

Very. Satisfied. I was kept informed throughout the project and the renovation was completed professionally at a reasonable price. My kitchen looks great and I'm already receiving compliments on the look.

Technicians were absolutely great. I'm not happy with the fact that although my furnace wasn't functioning like it is supposed to, my Sears Home Warranty did not cover it's repair or replacement. Sears is clearly more interested in selling new systems when people are desperate to have a functioning furnace in the middle of the winter.

Sears gave me a new bathroom! Excellent team. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, the coordinator extremely helpful with getting my condo's approvals and working on scheduling, and the installers were extremely professional, skilled and careful.

The salesperson spent two or more hours with me explaining Sears roofing products and installation. I was impressed with the fabric underlay shown to be superior to standard felt. The folks who came out to do the job were highly skilled and courteous (truck was from Angels Home Improvement). I was however, disappointed the crew left a hole in the fascia board (pictured). The crew leader told me before the job that they don't do fascia, but I was still especially disappointed that I had to re-stuff the hole with towels as they took the towels out and left the hole empty. Besides, on a 12K roof, why not just fix the hole? A minor disappointment was the salesperson said the crew had a magnetic wand to clean up nails. Pictured are the first fist full of nails found on the deck after they left. Nails were found all over the place. Finally, the salesperson said a third party inspector would be coming to check the roof after it is done but no one has called to schedule such an inspection in the two weeks since the roof was installed. I'm not sure what good an inspector would do at this point, but I don't like the fact that there seems to be a gap in expectations between sales and production. Nevertheless, the roof looks good and communication with the Sears production team was solid. Update: roof leaked soon after installation. Called and someone came out to tell me it was because I had leaves on my roof. Cleaned up the leaves and the roof still leaked. Guy came out and did roof repairs but left me with 2k in damages inside the house.

Overall the installation went very well. I was not happy with the sales portion of the process. The salesman made promises that were not true, nor did he inform me that a third-party would be installing the system. When they showed up, I was confused and almost denied them entry into my home. The salesman promised a 8-zone thermostat which I found out was not applicable to the unit I purchased. I felt like it was a bait and switch routine. The installers were efficient, courteous and professional.

The team arrived on time and met the stated installation time frame. Very experienced installer with positive attitude and superior confidence in the product's ability to achieve the desired result.
