Great if you are searching for home improvement tools for your home or DIY projects. I went on a Thursday evening. It wasn’t busy , customer service and staff are very friendly and know the store by heart! I was looking for a glass cutter and an indoor flower pot. I found the first thing but they had limited option for the latter one. They also respect all the covid measure. I was also offered 5 off one of my items that looked damaged! It was a nice visit

Easy to find stuff if you download home depot's app on your phone. Ask questions and read product info for yourself. In stock is a work in progress. They still have some opportunity.

This location of Home depot is one of the better locations largely due to the managing staffs attention to detail with there employees. Everyone there is paired in the right departments to give the best customer service. I walked in looking for a concrete blade to use on my grinder and the associate found the right blade for me in mere seconds. At checkout crystal was absolutely amazing, she was personable, engaged right way, even talked about anime when she noticed my naruto face cover.

I’ve been using this location for years and never had a bad experience. The new manager Manuel Trabelsi was no help at all. I bought an electric pressure washer a few month ago with a three year warranty and they keep having problems. Last manager help me out exchange the old one and I bought the extended HD warranty as well. Manuel came in and said we can’t return it you have call the manufacturer to get the refund. If i wanted to call the manufacturer I wouldn’t get the home depot warranty. Didn’t have time to argue, but wanted to leave this review.

I like this location way better than the one in Aspen Hill. It's better stocked up with stuff. At least they have the 20x24x1 HVAC filters I can't seem to find onsite anywhere else.
