I had a wonderful experience with Frank and Val at Tile Center. I didn't even get my tile from there and Frank gave me excellent advice about purchasing tile. He was very personable, prompt, and helpful. Val did an amazing job laying the backsplash. He was quick, efficient, and precise. They both have an excellent work ethic and I would highly recommend them

We had a phenomenal experience with Tile Center! Frank oversaw our project (complete overhaul of a formerly dark and dingy small master bath) and was SO hands-on. He helped us make product selections (we have no design sense haha) and his suggestions were spot on. The contractors working on the individual aspects of the project were all skilled, courteous, and punctual. They did a wonderful job. Frank kept us informed every step of the way, frequently texting/calling to chat and stopping by to check on progress. Before and after photos attached- look how gorgeous it is now! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would recommend Tile Center to anyone!

Frank is awesome!! Great service and great prices. I was in a real predicament with an issue in my bathroom and Frank was super responsive in getting everything back to perfect condition! I highly recommend Frank and Tile Center these guys are first class!!!

I’ve used Tile Center three times now - to tile my hallway, to replace carpet and stair rods on my stairs, and to match tile on my floor after taking down a wall. Each time the work was excellent. Frank at the Gaithersburg location is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He answered all my questions and responded quickly to all calls, emails and texts. I highly recommend Tile Center. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Tile Center. Due to some water damage, we needed our shower and connected stand alone tub completely redone. From a previous job, I was a bit skittish about starting a new project. From the moment we walked through Tile Center's doors, Frank took care of our every need. He met with us on several occasions, talked with us on the phone, and texted to check on our satisfaction of the progress of the job on a regular basis. He calmed every fear I had. He is incredibly knowledgeable, offering advice as we chose the design we wanted. When the project started, we were so lucky to have Thomas taking care of the job. He isn't just a great tile layer, he's an artist! Daily he explained what he had done each step of the way. He takes pride in his work, and enjoyed sharing the daily details with me as the job progressed. He had help along the way from Jose on demo day, to Val for plumbing. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The day the project started, our floors and carpet were covered and protected. When Thomas left every day, the bathroom was cleaned up even though he would be back the next day, and we weren't using it during construction. It was not expected, but it was appreciated. I highly recommend that you let the professionals at the Tile Center take care of any job you need. Next for us...new countertops and backsplash!

In 2014, after considering several other options, my husband and I chose Tushar and his team at the Tile Center to install new (roll) vinyl flooring in our den, kitchen, foyer and hallway, and to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms. We were very happy with the job they did at the time, and still are. I called him in 2021 because the vinyl flooring at my desk area had a rip in it and the layers of the flooring had de-laminated due to my rolling desk chair (which apparently is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty - oops). At no additional cost to us, Tushar sent Miguel out to fix my flooring problem using leftover flooring we had kept since the installation. Miguel did an excellent, meticulous, time-consuming patch and glue repair to the flooring, which I cannot see as different from the rest of the flooring. (I now have a chair mat.) Bravo to the Tile Center for going above and beyond to help out a customer!

It doesn't get any better than Tile Center and their employee Frank. Frank has guided us through five projects (basement, family room, kitchen, and two bathrooms) over the last 10-12 years and we know we are working with the best. Great customer service and quality workmanship.....wouldn't even think about looking anywhere else!!!
