Baby's Away Washington DC

I requested an estimate after seeing all the positive reviews online. After describing the job I needed done over the phone to Andrew he said it was too small for him to come all the way from Gaithersburg,MD to Wheaton,MD.,which is approximately 10 miles. I find it hard to believe that 10 miles is too far to travel. I am very disappointed in this company even though my experience never got further than a phone call.
