I have just purchased my Ford Focus from Central Garage and would definitely recommend. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Colin was very helpful and never made me feel under any pressure. The whole process was made easy as Colin was there to answer any questions I had and guide me through the whole process. Very disappointed by the service all round from this garage . Not only ignored when I came to see a car as arranged but also no contact at all from the sales representative after he took my own car for a test drive but would not allow me to test the car I was interested in and was clearly more interested in dealing with another party. Then promised to get back to me with a valuation on my own car and have heard nothing back in almost a fortnight. Rep didn't even take my name and I'm sure took the number down incorrectly even though I said it twice and confirmed it again outside. My partners mother had bought a car from them recently which we had discussed . Complacent is not the word and I must confess I do feel extremely rude. I certainly will not be using them. I did contact them via their Facebook site and gave them a chance to respond but nothing. Pretty much sums them up.
