A few weeks ago we submitted legal documents online for a title deeds check. We had no follow up until we made a phone call. The lady informed us that due to COVID situation there was a lack of staff, hence unable to follow up on the request. We understand the crisis we are facing, however an email or telephone call could have been made to inform us of the reason. I will not use their service in the future.
