Ended up paying for the taxi to go to an atm. Don't really think i should of had to pay more because the card reader was faulty on their part.
Horrible experience absolutely dreadful. Driver rushed me out of the car when I was paying.
Absolute joke of a company, buys other taxi firms then closes them down over the busy Xmas period. Loads of people relying on them at this time of year year too. Disgraceful.
I pre booked a taxi from the cornet xchange in melrose on the 17/07/19 at 11.30pm.when I pre booked the taxi I asked how much it was going to cost.you even phoned me back to say.14 bare in mind from the cornet exchange to gala.it turned out to be 22.50 didn't expect to be so expensive and now I feel like I've been conned.do not use these you will only get conned....
