Came up with some great ideas initially and the guys are nice and friendly. Unfortunately the architect, recommended by fjordhus, changed drawings without permission and then charged us for ammending them. Wouldn't give us permission to use the amended drawings without payment. Then fjordhus' quote went up significantly, to a point we couldn't afford. Found a local builder who did an amazing job, to the same spec, for 100k cheaper!
