I can't say I loved it,as I was a bag of nerves, but when I was here i was treated very sympathetically and they couldn't have been more helpful
As usual, the "i dont care i get my wages at the end of the week " from the staff that have little to no motivation regarding there own work load, staff issues or the boat that sunk with paper work coz it was left on bottom of the pile. Always send your stuff recorded delivery to these people take notes over every name you speak to and write/record everything they say as not one person knows what the next is doing. also keep copys dont get caught out ur warned
Never a good place to go? Means your in financial trouble but I will say my key worker is fantastic
