customer service is non existent. engineer appointment booked by BT to fix broadband issues. 10am-12pm was my slot received text from Qube to cancel due to no engineer available and i was to call unknown number to rearrange. How very proffesional to text rather than place call to appologise and rearrange. Eventually called me at 15.10pm to cancel appointment 3hrs 10 mins after end slot to then be told that they had tried to call but there was no answer 2 minutes before i had called them back! BT get rid

Shocking customer service, BT really need to review their working partners as Qube GB do not shine a good light on what has always been a good company I have found.

Had an engineer visit booked between 1pm and 6pm. Engineer called at 12:45pm while I was at the shop, saying they were at the property and nobody was there. I told them my appointment window was between 1pm and 6pm and I'd be back in a few minutes to let them in. The engineer was pretty snippy and rude on the phone, and told me 'someone will be in touch'. Nobody was in touch. I just got a text about half an hour later telling me an engineer had arrived at my property and was 'unable to gain access'. I don't know if the engineer was having a bad day or what, but regardless, I wasted the afternoon I'd booked off work for this appointment. Pretty unprofessional and childish because I wasn't there when they arrived early.

The Bodyshop

Had a visit today via BT from a Qube engineer by the name of Ollie Fealy. Extremely polite and helpful, explained his process as he went along and was very informative. Tidied up as he went, no mess, no fuss, just efficient. And a West Ham fan into the bargain. Thank you Ollie ! COYI !
