I have reluctantly changed and placed this review after problems since having repairs done at this garage. Went in for what should have been standard run of the mill repairs but have been left with constant fault since picking up my motor. Problem is ongoing ever since and no longer have faith in the repair or car since the work was carried out. This problems just did not exist before I took the car for the original repair work and only became a problem immediately after I picked up my motor and is still ongoing. This is an honest reluctant review of how I feel about the problems since picking up my car from the garage , since John himself is a real nice guy.
Went in 2 weeks past friday to get a estimate for a sevice.The lady i was sent to was on a mobile phone,although she seen me she kept on talking on the phone.I asked the mechanic who directed me to her if he could help me.He said its her that does the estimates after 10 minutes i left.Got another garage to do it so a job lost for them.
Friendly staff and reliable service and reasonable priced. I received a phone call and the fault found explained and the obtions and prices for the repair.
