Lots of great stuff on sale and great prices. Used the post office there and was busy but fast with lovely members of staff. Lots of different stationary supplies and books. I got a folder and notepad of high quality for only 3 so cant complain!

Good shop and often there are offers on in different parts of the shop. Pleasent staff and they do try and be helpful if they are not too busy. Excellent magazines giving plenty of customer choice. Now the post office is in the shop also so easy for all. Shop and Post... Shop appears clean and always busy with customers. Often there is chocolate at a really good price at the till of course. Assistant generally asks the customer if they would like to purchase some!! And often with change you get a coupon....money off next shop..

This shop has started to feel a bit inhospitable in recent years and their move to self service tills has not helped that impression. The staff never look happy and are often unhelpful. They also frequently deliberately try to avoid helping. There is a good selection of books for a small town but very overpriced compared to online retailers.

Assaulted by a member of staff while I was trying to talk to the manager about how badly I had been treated, she didn't care and found it funny when all this happened! The worst customer service I've ever seen and staff who look like they haven't had a bath or shower in years never mind run a comb through their hair while I was talking to the manager another member of staff was telling other customers what was going on Helen and Barbara who work in post office are like something out of a sketch show on evil and shona Campbell who assaulted me is well know for being a complete psycho how she got a job there I have no idea but worst of all the manager who is very rude doesn't care I will never go back in there horrible place I would give it no stars if I could!
