I bought a BTWIN foldable bicycle from Decathlon Gallarate and I'm very unsatisfied throughout this experience. The locking mechanism in between wheels broke after three weeks of normal use, I came to the store and I was told that I should not worry and the bicycle will be replaced, and I will be contacted when the new bicycle arrives. I was not contacted at all, and I came back again into store, I was told that the bicycle does not get replaced, it gets sent to the repair lab first and they decide if it is possible to replace/repair. I was told to come back later as the service is currently unavailable. Coming back later, I asked if it is possible to send the broken pice to the store so I wouldn't have to leave the bike, the answer was yes. I was then contacted by insurance decathlon that I need to go in store and follow with up them. At store I was asked to leave the bike and it will be ready through 1week up to 10 days. Now after 10 days I call store because no update so far and I'm told that those are 10 business days. And the bike was actually transferred after 4 days from when I brought it in. I'm now still waiting for this repairment , and hoping it will get done correctly with no more misinformation and delays. I'm very annoyed by the lack of correct information and the delays this caused me and I would not advice anyone to buy anything that might require repairs from Decathlon Gallarate.
