The City Hostel is a simple, clean and super nice hostel perfect for backpackers. And it’s very close to the bus and railway station. The owner was really nice, showed me around the town, helped me with the train connections and was very obliging. I would definitely stay there again.

At walking distance from the Galle bus stand, this place is a good option for male backpackers if choosing dorm to stay, because there are no doors for the dorm accomodation and only curtains are there and even the shower area has just curtains and no door. For the private room, it's spacious and well maintained.
Cheap place to stay with cozy environment.
As I'm a traveller , I Found The Galle City Hostel , so easy and convenient for the people who visit galle . This Place is worth for the money that we pay for the hotel & also the owner is so freindly ., and also talking about inside of the hotel , it is so beautiful , neat and attractive . so im hoping to visit this place once again when I come to galle .
