The primary driving force of SIEM is to establish learning affordable and accessible to everyone. Compared to the country’s capital, Galle still lags in its higher and tertiary education sectors. Tertiary and higher education being centralized in the Colombo district is one of the key reasons for the lack of organizations in Galle that are capable of delivering tertiary education. Understanding the need of the hour, SIEM is established to address the dearth of tertiary education in the Galle district. SIEM is established as an initiative to empower rural youth. Facilitating our country’s economy by providing a skillful and dynamic workforce is deeply rooted in SIEM’s origins. In doing so, we strive to enhance the leadership and language skills of rural youth to have a competitive advantage in the industry.
