Instructor isn’t paying attention towards the beginners. He barely comes to the strength training section. Poor instructions. Someone was squatting in a horrible technique while the instructor was watching. He didn’t even care.

Nice place to train. They have everything you need to go for a good workout. It’s 600 for one day and the water might be little bit to expensive with 100 for 1 Liter. They have fans and music in the gym. And some funny machines (Photo).
Good instructor , good equipments with friendly people looks like a best old school gym
Equipments are rusted. Charges are high when considering about the poor quality of the equipments.
