After a nice walk through Cambridge, we discovered this restaurant with good food, and also have a terrace and balconies overlooking the river. Very kind and skilled staff. I recommend with confidence and I'll come back.

Fantastic food cooked with care. Attention to detail with all things. Service excellent. Lovely atmosphere even in these difficult time. Innovative solutions to reduce contact such as a menu download. Excellent attention to hygiene and ensuring social distancing.

Very rude staff. In response to the owner's reply, I would like to clarify the background to our review. We initially waited 5 minutes outside within full view of the staff to be received. We were 6 people from the same family (3 adults, 3 children) and asked if we could stay for a drink (it was 3.30pm). We were told they couldn't accommodate 6 people, only 4. At this stage, 2 of our party decided to walk back to the car, leaving 4 of us. We then asked if we could be seated as 4 people only to be then told that they were \only using the kitchen\ so no tables for drinks only. This was despite the fact that the 2 other tables were occupied by people who appeared to be only enjoying drinks and there were several vacant tables. One can only presume that it is rare for customers to dine in the middle of the afternoon. Additionally, when we were refused a table previously there was no mention of not being able to sit for drinks only. It does seem strange in such difficult times for a restaurant to be turning away perfectly good business which posed no health threat to staff nor customers. No matter, we took our custom elsewhere and were warmly and enthusiastically received.

Been here two times and it is one of my favorite restaurants in Cambridge. It has a beautiful location, the food is very good and has that \chef look\ and taste. I highly recomment the chicken and the lamb. Service was very good with an amazing staff. Will definitely come back many times.
