Having used Galleywood Garage and I have been very happy with them on previous occasions , this time I was very disappointed . They serviced my Car and ticked that the exhaust was fine . Two weeks later the exhaust fell off on a Motorway , which caused me great expense as I had to call the RAC out . The RAC confirmed the exhaust was totally corroded . When I contacted Galleywood Garage , although he admitted they should have advised they would not offer any compensation on what has ended up being a very costly experience.

Makes me sick the way they quote a price then say plus the vat... smh And they don't seem like very nice people anyway. Had unbelievably bad work done by them which was a complete disaster, couldn't write it! Seem to have a problem but try covering up their true feelings with a happy tone, but I can tell it's fake. Always come away from there wondering if they're genuine guys. I'll have to go further afield in future.

Had a broken windscreen wiper and non functioning electric window. No idea what the issues were and feared the worst. Left the vehicle and an hour later called and all done for just 30 inc VAT. Brilliant service and no attempt to inflate price. Would thoroughly recommend

Broke down on the A12 near Brentwood/Shenfield git towed here. They quickly found out the problem quoted a good price fixed it 100%. Whilst it was in my mot ran out so got them to take a look, again no messing decent price and good customer service would recommend no problems. Even though my car is an old and not very desirable motor still looked after it and me well.
