My daughter is 5 and needs glasses per the schools request. We had scheduled an appointment back in Oct. and just got seen Feb 10. My daughter has never to been eye doctor so you think they would be more attentive. She ends up needed glasses and they have her pick out a pair and was rushing her, did her measurements and said the glasses would be ready in about a month. Fast forward a month and I called to see if the glasses were ready to only find out they never ordered in the first place. So now we will be taking our business elsewhere.

This place used to be great but now it is absolutely horrible. The doctors are still great but their front desk staff is horrendously rude. I was told the total out of pocket cost for my contact exam and glasses would be about 300. I asked if that was total for both, they said yes. Uh no, it turns out it was about 250 for each...My brand new glasses give me terrible migraines and don't stay on my face. I called to ask if I could return them within a couple weeks of getting them and was told no. They could only adjust them. Which apparently was a lie. I apparently had 90 days to return them which I only found out about today, months later. Then my contacts...they sent the wrong script into 1800contacts not once but three times. I am still without contacts because they kept getting the script wrong.

Glasses not fitted just handed to you. Wrong lens after waiting 5 weeks to get them. Wrong frames on next pair. Again just handed to me and not fitted. Cannot see with them. I give up. I am going somewhere else.

My only thing problem with this company is the distance I have to travel to get there. The customer service is great and they have a great selection of frames.

Terrible customer service. Wanda Jo went out of her way to get some frames sent over for me to try. I called in to set up an appointment, trying to follow covid protocol, and they said just come in. Once checked in, I waited for over an hour and nobody helped me. Of course once I was frustrated and ready to leave they said they would help me right away. The sad part is that the owner signed off on my prescriptions and didn't even come out to handle the situation. Extremely poor management.
