Want a good dressage lesson? Talk to Ellie. I have been fortunate enough to have had a few lessons with her over the years and she's top notch. She's definitely improved my dressage skills, especially my elbows/hands, which I am ever-grateful for. I have also groomed for Ellie and the Galloways Farm horses at shows on the road. Ellie is primarily concerned with the health and well-being of the horses under her care and she makes every effort to keep the horses in the best condition. They're always so beautiful!

Galloway Farm is a great blessing for my horse and I. To have had every barn in reasonable proximity to where I live on my list, Galloways was put at the top! Having grown up with my horse in my backyard in another country, this place feels like home for us here in America. I could not be more grateful to have found Ellie as an option to be in our lives! She absolutely loves her horses so much that I honestly admit I 100% trust her with my four legged kid. (P.s - I DO NOT trust people very easily AT ALL!) Since we've found Galloway Farms to call our new home, I look back to what is now almost a year ago and regularly find myself saying \oh my god! I have no idea what I'd do without her!\ She is everything you would want in not only a professional trainer worthy of your time but also in a caretaker that has MANY years of experience. We are lucky to be here!
Ellie is great! She is a patient teacher with excellent attention to detail, which makes her a good choice for beginning riders and advanced riders alike. It is also clear that she takes care of the horses boarding with her as if they were her own. Definitely worth checking out.
I can't say enough good things about my experiences here. A friendly relaxed atmosphere and a talented teacher. Ellie really helped me when I started riding again after a very long break. If you are looking for some place to start riding again or start riding for the first time I highly recommend Ellie and Galloways Farm.
I love riding at Galloways. Ellie is knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. The horses are quiet, sound and beautifully cared for an maintained. Combine this with great staff and clean, safe facilities and you've got a wonderful place to continue improving your riding and horsemanship skills!
