Took my own bleach. Soaked a rag and wiped down the room on my own. Can't believe I stayed after that. GROSS!!!

Nothing Special But It Was Fine. It was an average hotel, in average condition in an average condition. It was clean. The pool was closed. We had no problems but it wasn't anything great and I would probably just stay in a cheaper place in town next time.

I thought this place was wonderful, especially if you have pets. The ground-level rooms open from both the hallway and outside (patio-glass door). Great shower, nice citrus-y soaps, room smelled clean and nice, check-in was a breeze, all the appliances worked and were clean. It was really nice, because we were so tired. It is also nicely landscaped... doesn't look or feel like just a lot and a box. I think the pet surcharge was 10 bucks a pet, which is reasonable these days. There are some really nice and affordable places to eat close by. Be sure to check out Oasis restaurant right up the road! We would've stayed an additional day if we had the time.

Other than the sewer smell in the first room they gave us, the dusty head boards, dirty walls, dirty carpets, dirty restroom floors, broken light bulbs, old a/c unit, smeared everything and to top it off, very poor customer service (specially the older woman with glasses and an accent) and free breakfast is old gas station quality, at least sheets where clean. But let's not applause for something that's supposed to be when you pay 80 per night.

I've stayed in dumps...but this brought it to a new level..it's not hard to keep it clean... Right? C'mon now.

Do not stay here. As another review said the morning crew is horrible. The woman working told me to shut up when I asked her to have a printout of our receipt ready because they had duplicate charges on our credit card. She told me I would have to wait an hour. When I repeated we were coming to check out now and to have the receipt ready she repeated just shut up shut up shut up. Totally unbelievable. Plus the room was horrible, all beat up.

Best Place to stay if you are on Route 66. Very convenient and close to Highway. Neat and clean rooms... Breakfast provided in a package which didn't waste much of our time. Over all a great place to stay.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly but building is dated and room needs updating. My room was right next to train tracks and the noise made sleeping difficult but it was one of the last rooms available. Not sure if other rooms have the same problem. Breakfast was good. Overall it was adequate for a short stay.
