I wouldn't give this 1 star based on one experience, but this is the second bad experience with this exact Burger King.. my first experience is an manager who refused to give me military discount, and yes I had my military ID..the second experience is today' when the system crashed i was boxed in at the drive in couldn't go forward or backwards and I was stuck! the person in the drive in, said hold on for moment, but that turned into 10 minutes, without hearing anything.. the drive in had to abort and backup to let people out!
