We phoned Dorfplatz and booked a room in February (8 months in advance). The owner instructed us to send an email request for the booking so she had our details and a deposit of over 300. We did this the following morning by bank transfer. 3 days later we received an email to phone. We called on Monday morning to be told that she had given the room to the internet booking rather than our phone booking. She explained this was legally acceptable. What about morally!!! She will return the deposit but now we must spend our time finding another apartment. Very unreliable. Not recommended.

Sehr herzliche Vermieter. Geräumige, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit super Matratzen in den Betten. Habe schon lang nicht mehr so gut in fremden Betten geschlafen.
Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und man hat sich sofort um die Unterbringung meines Fahrrads gekümmert. Das Zimmer übertraf meiner Erwartung und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr früh liebevoll vorbereitet. Gerne wieder.... Weiter so!
Esta muy bien ubicado, frente a la parada de autobus. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. El desayuno es excelente y la dueña encantadora. El pueblo merece la pena visitarlo, es precioso.
Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen während unseres Skiurlaubs. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Service und Gastfreundschaft waren hier wirklich außergewöhnlich. Der Skibus geht direkt vorm Haus weg, somit war für uns die Kombi perfekt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Pension Dorfplatz in Galtür absolut weiterempfehlen! Danke Fam. Kathrein!!! Sauber, Nette Eigentümer, exzellente Lage direkt neben Bushaltestelle Dorfplatz. Nur zwei Haltestellen bis Skigebiet Wirl. Mehrere Restaurants in Laufweite. Eigene Garage, leider WLAN kostenpflichtig, dafür aber kein Punktabzug.
Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliche Leute, top Service von A bis Z, Übernachtung bei diesen Leuten ist das Geld immer wert. nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.
