The company likes to keep people informed but not on top of renewal of the memberships. Turns to fb to inform people instead of mail or email of business problems that may affect the customers. When asked why they did this. I was asked not to be in the company. Thought that was very unprofessional. Customer service needs work. Looking forward to working with another co-op that isn’t so rude and appreciates their customers.

Stay away from this rip off! They take your money but Michael, the boss claims they are ot in the customer service business.\ Thanks for not notifying me (oh right you sent me 5 emails) that my membership is expiring and now I've been charge full rate by Ferrellgas. What a sham! Get your gas from a real customer service provider!
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Here is my experience... I printed, filled out, and mailed my renewal form on April 25th, 2019. Per their policy, the renewal rate before June 1 is 35 and after June 1 is 45. Upon balancing my bank statement, I noticed that my check was never cashed. I called and spoke with Veronica who tells me that there is no waiving the 10 late fee even though this was not my fault and told me that I should ask the USPS to reimburse me the 10 late fee (LOL). I explained to her that I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and that I would get another 35 check in the mail today - she put me on hold - and a managing partner \Michael\ came on the line and very rudely and abrasively told me that he hears this excuse a lot and that he was contacting Ferrell Gas to tell them that I was no longer a Galway Coop customer. WHAT A BLESSING! I found another company (lower renewal rate, lower gas prices, and best of all FAR BETTER ATTITUDES AND SERVICE. I can only tell you that this company is rigid and very difficult to deal with. I wish I had made a change far sooner! This company doesn't understand service - AT ALL! The \managing partner\ Michael could use a refresher in customer service!
Very happy we joined Galway Coop for propane at our home many years ago. We have saved a lot a money! Pricing is on the website, price history is available, and everything is very clear on the website how the coop works. We have never used their other services, but one bad review says they never authorized work to be done on their roof, but then later in the review mentions the contract they had.
