The paralegal and receptionist obtained tax records and bank statements from myself, a stay at home mom of 7 years. Never made enough to receive a 1099... yet they put I made 2,080 A MONTH... on a document I asked about SEVERAL times. I was told, \No judge will agree to this\ and was cohersed before court to KNOW WHAT TO SAY .. so the judge would not question the parenting agreement. I met the actual lawyer, Galyn, 30 minutes before court. 2 years later I still have yet to see any awardings because they dropped me when it came to the QRDO process. As well as setting expectations for child support. Involved Colorado Bar Association and I have dropped them.

I highly recommend Galyn's office. Her and Marienne took great care of me through tough times. My father was a lawyer and always said there were no winners in a divorce. I feel like I came out on the winning end of my divorce- I got joint custody of my son and ended up paying less child support than I offered myself. She was upfront about what was going to happen, which I appreciated and didn't even use all of her retainer, which is almost unheard of in law. Not sure what she said to my EX, but things changed instantly once Galyn talked to her. Again would recommend her, and have to many people since.
