Almost unbelievable; I ordered the pot roast dinner . . . was going to get the 3-course one but the waiter said the regular one was a larger order! Meal consisted of a dip of mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots and a large blob of fat, from which I pulled a few shards of beef. TOTAL pot roast shards I managed to gather up from the fat and gravy amounted to less than one-half of one bite; basically zero meat! I've eaten at many Bob Evans restaurants over many years in many states, but NEVER anything like this! A pot roast dinner . . . with LITERALLY NO POT ROAST! Their rolls, biscuits and specialty breads are still very good but I think it'll be a LONG TIME before I enter another Bob Evans!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. There were four people on duty, three servers and the manager. Out of those people, only the one server had their act together (it wasn't ours). Our server didn't have the faintest idea what the current specials were - usually the special pancakes (in this case Cherry) have a "plus eggs and meat" option, he had no idea and anytime we had any question, he had to go into the back and ask someone else. I didn't see the final bill - my friend wouldn't let me - but apparently they charged each item separately, which I know isn't right. We got banana bread, and Instead of the butter coming in a prepackaged pot like usual, it was in a white sauce container, and it tasted very strange, almost like mayonnaise. When I asked the manager about it, his response was "no one else has complained about it", which was not an appropriate response. Someone complained that they had been sitting without service for five minutes, and in front of the customers, two servers were arguing over which one of them the table belonged to - which didn't really matter at that time, they just needed to give the customer service!! I then watched as the other server had difficulty operating the computer system - the competent server had to keep helping him - so it took him a good five minutes or so to get the order in for the people who had already been waiting. It was my first time eating at this Bob Evans, and it will be a very long time - if ever - before I go back there again.
Where do I start. We were told it would be 20 to 25 minutes end up being 45 minutes until we get a table. Once finally get a table we are seated without utensils. After been sitting for 15 minutes, the waitress helps a table that was just seated and doesn't say a word to us. Terrible services!!
This place has gone downhill a bit recently. If you go on weekend mornings expect to wait a long time to sit down as well as a long time to get your food. I even tried doing carry out recently and that was a massive mistake having to wait 30 minutes past their estimated ready time to get my now cold food. I strongly suggest steering clear of this place until they resolve their management issues.
This particular Bob Evans burned every Bread item we ordered. I was not pleased. I have had better biscuits from a can, but the waitress Ariel was helpful.
Been waiting for our breakfast for 30 min. Terrible service and manager's pants are falling down. Embarrassingly awful.
Good
Nothing wrong here. Just your typical bob Evans in need of a remodel
