Waited an hour, after talking to three separate staff, only to find out that multiple items were not in stock, even though the store inventory system said they were in stock. Staff were not openly rude but I certainly left with the impression that no one wanted me to shop there.

Great store with lots stuff. Although lacking in hiking shoe selection. Use to be great place to get Merrell and Keen shoes. Only few choices. Have house size area for tennis shoes though. Good selection of Nike and Under Armour clothes. Also have bikes, hunting supplies, camping, and tons other outdoor stuff for your outdoor activities.

Super high price gouging in the fishing department. And they turned the whole gun section into KAYAKING!!! I knew they did not want to sell "assault weapons" anymore but had no idea I couldn't buy clay birds and field shot & such for a little weekend fun. I wont be back.

Great customer experience! I went to pick up a bike I ordered online, and my seat was stuck. All the floor staff tried to fix it and genuinely seemed to want to help. Really appreciated it! Would definitely recommend.

Will never be back to this store. 5 months my bike hung at the store without a peep from these guys. I went in after 2 months of not hearing anything. Was told due to the pandemic I needed to get my own tubes. A few weeks later I brought in the tubes. Heard nothing. Today I went in and they lied saying they contacted me about the tubes being the wrong size. Lets just say I am so happy I was able to take it to the bike doctor down the street, it ended up costing less and will be ready in 1/50th of the time these guys took. You all lost a customer, never again. I am writing this to warn others. Take your bike to the bike doctor not these swindlers.

Prices are, was trying to find some shoes but, they don't make women sizes past 11 and I'm a 13. This is why I hate shoe shopping!! There was no indication of social distancing, like little stickers on the floor to tell you where to stand. There was one big on at the cashier and that was it. Got some nice hats and socks, and a bat for protection. So overall ok, but I feel bad for the parents whose kids are in sports. You have to spend almost a fortune for them, smdh.
