This place is listed as a FedEx location with package services. As I spoke with the store clerk he jokingly told me he wishes he could help but unfortunately there was nothing he could do. I know this be false, as a business owner its up to them to ensure they have proper listings in their google advertisement. I have had to request changes to mine on many occasions. Its simply a matter of caring.... So for me i give 2 stars and the only reason is because i do actually like Walgreens pharmacy. I wish they had review categories instead.

Empty store and employee walks right down my aisle as a shortcut to the other side of the store. As intercom plays on repeat remember to stay six feet apart. Immediately left without buying anything.
To accurately rate this pharmacy I would need to award negative stars. I was a long term customer of Rite-Aid then Walgreens took over. They promptly purged all my prescription data so I can’t refill. This caused me to miss doses of my heart medication just before a medical test which ruined the results and caused me to take a second day off work and be retested. Their drive through is “out of order”. When I called to ask if they received the new prescription (remember they purged the old prescription) their phone number allows doctors to call but they were not taking calls from customers. I went into the pharmacy and stood in line. There were numerous elderly customers with walkers etc standing inline because the drive through was closed. I watched as an elderly woman stood in the pickup drop off line for quite some time only to be told she needed to stand in a second line to drop off a prescription. I was in that line so I let her ahead of me. 15 minutes later she had to leave as did other elderly customers. I stood inline approximately 30 minutes total between the two lines, only to be told they didn’t have my prescription and it would be ready on Monday (it was Saturday). Remember they weren’t taking customer calls. The customer service is horrible. They aren’t doing anything to assist the elderly standing in line because the drive through is out of order. No chairs, no tickets which could be called when they’re next. They have lost me as a long term customer and I’m now a Safeway pharmacy customer.
Called to check if script was ready....they had no record of it. Called doc...they made sure script was sent. Called 5 hours later to Walgreens...no answer. Drove up in person....no record of script. Doc office faxed script to them while I was there. Waited 30 minutes....was told it'd be 25 minutes. I couldn't wait. Asked them to call me(very basic meds). 2 hours later still haven't heard back. Go somewhere else but here. Customer service doesn't exist.
I too experienced the headaches that others described when this location switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens. But they lost my business forever when I walked up to a sign hung in the pharmacy that said they were not dispensing medication because they did not have a pharmacist on duty. I now go to a different pharmacy in Crofton.
Welcome to the newest Walgreens, to show you how much we value your business we will give you a time when your prescription will be ready and not have it done. Not only will it not be done we will not start it until you come back for it. Oh yeah our drive thru is broken to and we a very little sign on the window. We are new but broken.
The people who work in the pharmacy are very rude and not helpful. I called in my medicines and when i came in they told me to come back tomorrow for the rest of your medicine, and gave me a partial fill, but never told me over the phone it wouldn’t be a complete fill. They have also been super unhelpful when I had a few prescriptions sent over and they didn’t have the information, they just acted like I was dumb, when it was just sent to the wrong location. They should have had my record in their computer and told me i was at the wrong location. Lastly, I’ve had texts sent to me saying my medicine is ready, but once I got there I had to wait 30 min for them to get my medicine. Never had a good experience here.
