The male boss and female attendant were very very rude to me. Notably the female who was very impatient and rude towards me. It was bad enough they overcharged the Last of Us 2 Ellie Edition to me @415 (inclu. delivery), the product arrived damaged due to poor handling by their in-house delivery man!! May I add the delivery man was hostile and kept hounding me to have it delivered it fast when a specific time was already set with the store. I will never patronize their store ever again.

I hate this place, you should too. First of all, the store has its shutters down after their opening hours. The products are overpriced by 20-40% compared to other stores. Their steam wallet codes are overpriced. 10 for 15. Normal places sell for only 13.20 The couple who are in charge of the store rather stay idle, playing with the phone or stuffing their faces with food they purchased during opening hours, leaving the store unmanned and many customers disappointed. The store barely manages to stay alive even though the couple is drowning in debt I also experienced some disappointing customer experience by the couple. The lady looked Super dead, was monotonous and seemed arrogant in the transaction where I wanted to buy a gift for my son, even though I knew it was overpriced, i had to get it as it was my last minute alternative. The male owner was rude, he rather spend his time chatting with regulars who are foolish enough to patronise this store. And keeps his eyes focused on his phone and his invoices rather than his customers who want to purchase something.
