Sorry Gamesquest but that is unacceptable. DHL delivered my packages to a wrong address! It looks like the wrong receiver said \thank you for the package\ to DHL. I can track that because I have the tracking ID. I opened a ticket at Gamesquest and they need over ONE WEEK to answer my ticket with more questions. And now I wait again a couple of days. HELLO GAMESQUEST a WRONG RECEIVER has all my packages and you need weeks to call the transportation company. Love these guys! Bought these games quite recently - super fun. Couldn't have asked for better service, the guys really know their stuff. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Have my eye on a few other games to add to my collection too!

Similar problem to other reviewers. I ordered a board game from them through Amazon and they then contacted me to say that due to a stock error they couldn't fulfil the order, but wanted me to cancel it. This is really bad business. If they are seen to cancel too many orders it affects their metrics with Amazon and could lead to them being suspended as a seller, so they try and get the customer to do it instead. I wouldn't have been so annoyed if they had just cancelled it and apologised, but they wanted Amazon to think it was my decision. I wish I had heeded the bad reviews and not risked ordering through them.

Big credit to Gamequest (GQ)cus team. I wrongly used the parcel box used to be sent by GQ with old label for my 2nd hand transaction. It made the box wrongly sent to GQ warehouse. Their cus team Sam held excellent communication and support to get the box repackage and ready to resend. Very appreciated their help!

Ordered Massive darkness Ratlings via Amazon. They took my money and some days later said they did not have the order due to a systems error. However they had the game as dispatched and attempted to get me to cancel the order. Very poor.
