Great service and patient with extremely excited children! I have used this company several times (even once during the pandemic) and every time I have been pleased.... I pay close attention to anybody around children and the guy that came was extremely patient with our little Busy ones. They were punctual and had all the games my children requested (even Fortnite) and they were very professional and used precautions (mask, etc). I have referred this group to 2 others families and they have had the same experience. I even have one friend who had to reschedule for another date and they still worked with her. So I am very pleased and I will continue to recommend them.

Wow was looking forward to a great experience with the kids and game zilla. But when we all got here we were told they were not coming? Very disappointed and sad to see the kids get their hope up.
Terrible. Booked in September with several text communications confirming but did not show. We booked it from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. At 1:30 we found out he had no intentions of coming. We were told he went to the wrong address but then the truth came out that they never intended on coming to begin with. We had 10 kids waiting for my sons 10th bday and we were left high and dry. The owner took no ownership for it and no concern for ruining a child’s birthday. Do not use.
We have been super excited for the Game Truck experience for my nephew's 10th bday party this past Saturday. The owner did not show on time and when we called to get an ETA, only lies were given. I can Not believe you would NO SHOW to a 10 year old's birthday party. The kids were so sad and disappointed. It was so hard telling them that there would be no fun and games. You should be ashamed of yourself treating customer's whom have paid you this way. Very Disappointing, Extremely Unprofessional and Terrible Business practice! Do Not Use this company.
Gamezilla arrived on time and answered all questions we had during our party. I would definitely book with him again. His trailer was nice, clean and cool.
