Went to Canadian Tire to get a socket. Walked around the tools department for 10 minutes and no sign of any workers to unlock the cage. Went to Customer Service and the lady paged for a guy to come see me in aisle 2. 10 minutes went by and nobody showed so I went back to Customer Service and the lady paged for a guy to come help me again. Another 10 minutes went and still no help. So I gave up and gave my business to someone else. Terrible service!

For the first time ever I found a Canadian Tire store that actually has knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff. This store is in Gander Newfoundland. FANTASTIC WHEN YOU HAVE STAFF THAT GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMER.
