While the staff is pleasant, any thing not on shelf forget it! Flyer item not on shelf but manager says she'll call when item arrives will! Didn't! Hmm I called and mgr not in. Ok I drive down and manager on 30 MINUTE break! Wow most managers are available anytime! Soooo I wait a while but I give up! Amazon always open and eager! I try local but it's too frustrating and time consuming. I worked hard in my 24 military years an never ever had more than a 15 minute break!
