I’ve had a few not good experience over the years with Gander/Camping World. This experience was really good! It seems like they’re really starting to turn the corner at the Madison store as far as quality staff and people. Sales guy was awesome and the service guys were great.

Our salesperson, Dean Sabin, was terrific. The best ever. He knew about the camper we were looking at and worked for us. Terrific guy I can’t say enough about him. The selection at Camping World Madison was very good and I believe that we made a good choice. I would recommend contacting Dean if you are interested in a RV
We just took delivery of a new Keystone Outback Ultra-Lite 210urs that we purchased from Gander RV & Outdoors of Madison. Our sales associate, Calvin Richardson, was simply awesome. We started the process well over a year ago, but purchase was delayed due to some health issues. Over that time span Calvin stayed in touch and answered all of our questions (trust me, we had a lot!), but never pressured or pushed us in any way. From the time we walked back in w/ full intent on buying a few weeks ago to ultimate delivery last week, Calvin and the rest of the team made the process easy and exciting. We can't wait to get out in the coming weeks with our new camper and experience all the new adventures that await!
We were not bothered or pressured by our salesperson Gavin. He was honest immediately and throughout the whole experience was straight forward. It was a quick in and out, answered any question, and made the purchase comfortable. Very informative. 5 stars to this guy!
