This bank provides all kind of facilities that you need for banking stuff. The staff is really friendly and co-operative to customers also the security guard is so good,polite and friendly to everyone. Once he helped me to withdraw money. I'm really impressed by their facilities and I'd highly recommend this place if you want to open account or anything you need about bankind things. I'll give 10/10 points to this bank

Very worst service of Kotak Bank because the customer care number they provided is always out of reachable. Even on chat also there is pre drafted questions which you can ask to the system. Very annoying service.
