Treatment of the customer is not good ....I just asked for a test drive than I came back they talk in angry tone who gave u this ...I said ur salesmen only ND others also was sitting at their place ...u should give a good customer service ....I was planning to buy Jupiter grande but. Now I change my decision to access 125 as they r at the nearby place but treat customer nicely ......I want to support Indian brand ...but these showroom owners. ND peoples always make me wrong

People in gandhinagar have no other option. So they have to go this place only. I am using apache since last 4 years and used to service here. Service work is ok ok. Need to improve a lot in staff behavior. Technical as well as managerial.

very bad & rude staff. they know nothing about how to treat customers. if you ask them regarding to anything about service, parts or any other information they just answer that they don't know. never offer you to sit. & once i went there for servicing my bike & they give me the service estimated time is about 1 week. common man, a kid also know that the normal service take hardly one or 2 hour. & there are many mechanics who are doing fun with each other & working so slowly. but still they said that they have lot of pending bikes so i went to garage to check but there are few bikes. 1 week for changing oil, changing oil filter, cleaning air filter, clean gearbox & fitup chain, nuts & bolts & wash. if your mechanics can't do it with latest machines that tvs provided you to do your work fast then just go & learn in small towns how nicely they work without that equipments. so i decided to not to give them my bike for service after seeing that scenario. i serviced my bike at my hometown & they delivered me bike in 2 hours. i always stand there & see everything that what they're doing with my bike. they do all the things correctly & if I'm paying them so my satisfaction is must needed. so i check every part that they've said to change i watch them when they changing it. they never say me no to come in service area. their behaviour is always polite & humble with every customers. so after when i came back in few days i visited the service centre again just to check that what they will say about servicing my bike which is already serviced. one man comes & go for test ride & he said that bike needs service, break liners & bearings have to change which I've already had been changed. so i laugh & said that my bro thank you. this bike is already serviced before 1 week. your knowledge & your skills and experience are so good that how to fool customers just to cheat them & earn money. i love to service my bike by myself rather than that idiots.
