I have gave my bike for service and also told them to check my bike properly as it was stop In middle of my journey and they told that we have checked everything and now you won't get this problem. But after one day same problem happened and again I went to service center and that time they check and told me that my bike has some petrol tank issue and I have to changed it, I don't understand that how in week it's happen. Though I thought to change tank and told him to change but as per him as soon as he knows that my bike is in warranty he told me that he don't have a tank and need to order and because it's diwali time it will take a time and it's 7 days ago from diwali. He just wrote my number on his hand told me to come again after week. He didn't event order a tank.its very bed service and still don't know even I will get tank in my warranty period or not. I never thought that royal Enfield type of company providing such poor service.

Only service center is Gandhinagar. Service centers in Ahmedabad are good as compared to this one.

Seriously Illiterate people ! Not any skills , Not in sales not in Service department. Poor Delivery Experience and Poor Response Still We had Purchased bike from Here because they used to say they had territory wise sales like i cant buy from Ahmeadabad and register in Gandhinagar! So Poor.

Don't know much about the showroom but have an idea of the repair centre which is somewhat attached to the showroom. They have a very nice crew who solve your issue in an instant but sometimes they give you estimates without evening checking the bike which is wrong on their part. Proper inspection should be done before providing an estimate to the customer otherwise everything is fine.
