Worst service center ever.. For repairing we have to submit our mobile phone for 10 days .. anybody can't agree with this terms ..1 star is too much for this service center

As I have purchased redmi note 9 just 2 months ago and the problem of battery showed up 20 days after purchase. I visited the service center twice already and they simply give excuse of poor power supply at my home. They didn't even cared to take my complaint, so whats the use of this service center as there no service provided.
