Should complete setup early and stock up on spares as things has to be ordered and takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, Washing area should be fixed too.

Isaac’s Endless Steps

The experience was really bad.. The working time is from 8am to 6pm but we can see the workers coming at around 10 am only the service they do is not so good.. i had to visit service Centre twice in two months.. they don't do the satisfactory work.. and also the parts are not widely available. We were so happy to have first service Centre at Sikkim where RE riders from around the India comes on a trip and what if someone comes to repair the bike BEFORE riding to North Sikkim and all rough terrains if the parts are not available Note: this information.. is all about my experience on that day if new improvements have made till date, i don't know about that. Thank you Hope to see good improvements in future. Apex motorcycles

After visiting Showroom yesterday enquring about new bike purchase and today visit to Workshop with some problem with my old bike made me think once about the customer dealing approach,which you people lack over. In workshop there were many of the staff but all were preferring handling the new bikes only and I was totally ignored.I enquired many times to Staff at Reception Desk but got the repeated reply...Alik time lagcha... I waited there for nearly odd half and hour but nobody prefer to respond me. So ultimately I decided to return back thinking that Workshop staff are very much zero in responding to customer.Some customer handling training should be given to them. Customers are not left unattended like this even in Footpath Garage... Really regret visiting them.
