In my life I experienced joy and horror after a haircut. I was referred to Tizelle by a family member. A Personal referral is the most reliable source. Apprehension of not knowing if I will be satisfied was quickly replacement by joy. Lizel listens to what I say and also make sure that what she's going to do is what I have in mind. There's no overbooking, no forever waiting for a turn to get served, no impatience from the personnel...just the opposite. The way I am treated makes me feel important, relaxed, assured and at ease.
