Our previous order was missing the chips, not a huge issue and they were added free onto our next order. We ordered again as we assumed this was a one off error during a busy period. I tried to order lemon chicken, they no longer did this.. I tried to order pancake rolls, they didn’t do these either, We ordered again and this time the chicken balls were missing. Now while I cannot fault the customer service on having this rectified and sent out to us within half an hour of the error, that is excellent, however as it is the second time this has happened we would be weary to order again as we would expect the food to arrive as ordered. Once Is a mistake. Twice is a pattern. The food itself was fine not the best. Beef in the beef in black bean sauce was chewy but otherwise fine. Overall, I cannot fault the correction service but having been Mis delivered twice and overall quality just OK, unlikely to order again.

Unfortunately first food I've ordered was cold. Second delivery wasn't the one I've ordered as I've ordered sweet and sour king prawn dish but got sweet & sour chicken

Always lovely food. Was apprehensive because of the reviews. The delivery driver is lovely. Always order through just eat and never had a problem, food really nice much better than our previous chineee takeaway. Most of the bad reviews look like a long time ago so give it a go
