Mike is a pleasure to work with and has a great deal of knowledge and experience. He works well with our architect and has tremendous attention to detail and design as he makes certain our plans exactly fit our needs and desires. We appreciate his methodical approach and availability for any questions. He lets us know the pros and cons of our suggestions, no matter how out of the box they may be, and leaves the final decision to us. After doing two remodels and one new construction build we realize how badly things can go. We give Mike our highest recommendation without any reservations.

I have to say We are very thankful and blessed for the home Mike Garabedian and his team built for our family. I saw first hand how professional he was from the beginning during our design process all the way to the end. He was always willing to share his thoughts and give us advice when we asked for it. I’m really thankful for all his help since we moved in when we have needed it. Thank you Mike for everything and for our beautiful home.
Did not have a good experience. This builder built us a defective house in Southlake TX and we have roughly a 420K Judgement against him on record which is currently unpaid. 50 windows were not properly installed according to manufacturers recommendations OR waterproofed with flashing tape which caused leaks into the interior of the home, no sealant used behind the windows, tyvek wrapped in over headers of windows and bottom nailing fin taped so any water getting in could not get out, 2 shower pan leaks on first floor causing mold and water damage, elevated aspergillosis mold counts, sections of masonry imminent life safety hazard per engineering. He also did not do a site specific soil test despite contracting for one on our lot in our PSA agreement. We cannot repair the multitude of defects until this builder pays his judgement. These defects started showing themselves in November of 2014 (about 2 years after we moved in) and today is November 2017. Three very long, draining years for my family. Wish we had never trusted him. 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option. The repair he speaks about below that was offered is to drill upwards of 50 holes in the exterior masonry to properly support the masonry, which our engineers deemed unacceptable. No mold remediation was ever offered in addition to that.

He is extremely courteous, thoughtful and consistently goes above and beyond what one would expect. The level of care he takes with his clients is unparalleled--the quality of his work and advice is exceptional. If you are looking for a home builder with integrity and character, Mike Garabedian is your man.
Mike Garabedian built our home four years ago. Since our closing, Mike has continued to provide exceptional customer service. Even if it has not been his responsibility he has assisted us in our questions. It takes a real professional to follow through and in a timely manner. Not because he is getting paid, but because it is the right thing to do. We continue to be impressed with his customer service.
