Unfortunately not up to expectations. Lovely location. Aperitif delicious. Starter very good, the kitchen mixed the 2 starters so we could both have a taster of 2. Main dishes very disappointing. Asked for an amaretto with coffee but all they had was a house digestive. We were told we could not have an invoice as we hadn't asked before eating.

In a recent business trip to Milan I had the pleasure of dining at La Refezione with my colleagues. The hospitality was outstanding and surpassed only by the quality of the food. Everything from start to finish was superb and will provide many memories for years to come.

My very favorite any place in the world! As a frequent global business traveller, I've enjoyed many fine meals at many fine establishments around the world. After 1.4 million air miles, I can say I've never had a finer meal that at La Refezione. I've eaten many memorable meals here. It is out of the way, guiet and understated; however, the food will impress the most demanding guest you might care to bring. I was introduced to this place years ago by a local Italian business partner, and frankly I would give it 10-stars if I could. The staff is helpful. The food is superb. Just make the reservation, you will not be sorry.
