Good experience in general

I went there 7:30 am and it was no line. Staffs are kind ( I tried to communicate with my baby German) . I have to pay for the Christmas package from my family and heavily snowing outside but still my heart warms already!! If you don’t have a car, I recommend you to bring big bag to pack everything in. Because it takes longer than you expected to get the station.

Everything worked out well. Got a package from India and they asked me to show the bill. Also they asked me to open the package and show them what it is?! Overall waiting time is around 10 minutes.The staffs are kind and helpful . I live in city center and the Zollamt is located almost 1 hour from the city. one has to Walk for 10 - 12 minutes inside the industrial area to reach there...
