As a Canadian visitor I had to get a PCR test to return to Canada. I called multiple places in Mi and received no help in getting an answer to where to get my test. Then I called First Choice Garden City and Natalie answered the phone. I have never spoken to anyone as polite and helpful as Natalie. I visited the office on Sunday Feb 21st, which in itself amazed me that you have Sunday service, and I met Natalie, helpful, lovely soft spoken Natalie. She did the test herself and as was very gentle. I feel that Natalie deserves Kudos for her service. I for one want to thank her!!

I've been this urgent care several times pre- Covid-19 and never had a problem. Mona is phenomenal and made our kids super comfortable (my son smiled at her after she shoved a swab up his nose) The virtual appointment at first choice was the silver lining through all of this.

Dr. Ali was the best. My daughter dislocated her elbow and was I'm a lot of pain. He was so nice and not only fixed her elbow, but helped make mom feel better too (I may have been crying too!). We've been to this location a few times and I keep going back whenever we need care fast!

Best urgent care I have ever been to, they made me feel very comfortable, and the nurse practitioner was so nice and so honest. I love that she said if u were my sister I would tell u.... thanks to her and her advice I am on the mend... keep up the great care I appreciate you helping in the middle of a pandemic

Natalie Was not only professional but kind and extremely helpful Explain each step made me a lot more comfortable taking the test. I have never been happy to go to a urgent care but I have to say I was only there twenty minutes got my covid test and was able to pick my grand daughter up on time thanks to Natalie and the doctor quickly addressing my needs. The most professional urgent care I have ever been to. I was very impressed with cleanliness attitude and timeliness. Thank you again for a great experience.
