Our furnace and AC were very overdue for replacement and we contacted Garden City for a bid. From offering the bid to installation, they were professional, personable and knowledgeable. Everyone was happy to answer questions (as well as future questions) and they kept the workspace clean which was much appreciated! While it was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated, we feel comfortable that we received a top quality product and installation.

Garden City PnH worked twice for me , once they replaced a kitchen sink drain and recently they installed a back flow preventer. Both times great guys came out and did great work. Highly recommended!

Installed new 50 gal water heater and removed existing water heater. Work was performed as promised by Wayne R. at Garden City Plumbing & Heating, Inc.. Wayne was very personable, covidly masked and paper bootie aware. Had all his tools with him and stayed on task for the entire duration of installation. Removed existing water heater, cleaned up, asked me to come down and examine the job, and tell me how the thing works explaining how to drain it once a year. Then he was gone. Very impressive

I've always been pleased with the service I've received from Garden City. I have been a customer for 15 years. They are prompt and very friendly. Devan did a great job when I needed a new furnace last month. Came to my home the same day I called and the furnace was installed a week later. They are a bit higher in cost but its worth it for the service I receive.
