I personally hardly give reviews but this time I had to do it due to the great customers services I received from independence Insurance Center. I feel so relieved knowing that if anytime I needed help they’ll be willing to help without any hestitation. The whole team there is very helpful and kind. Dealing with insurance can really be a painful thing but having Independence Insurance Team can seriously make things much easier. I am satisfied with my car registration service at your location this morning. Phuong was helping me out with my title transfer paperwork. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and was very patient in explaining all those crazy paperwork and getting it done quickly, hassle free. And the best thing is that I don't need to wait in a long line at the DMV to get it done, I can do it here with them.

I forgot to pay my renewal fee and it expired last month. A cop noticed it from my expired license tags while I was shopping at Walmart and gave me a ticket... My cousin recommended IIC. The service impressed me. Quick like a blink and I have my sticker right away. All the staff are nice, too.
