Absolute joke of business customer service is the wort I have ever experienced. Potential to steal of paying customers. Do not trust garden store direct. They will ignore your emails. Would give 0stars if I could. Amazon may be a little more on some products but worth I’d for the delivery and customer service. No checks from this business either just a middle man taking profit and passing all risk to consumers with no after sales. Joke!

Sorry I can't leave zero stars! This is the worst on-line company I have EVER used!! Ordered a garden bench, it arrived quickly but damaged, I called and eventually got through after many times trying. I was told to email with pictures, I did this, nothing, I called again and emailed again, nothing, I called again with promises of sending out a replacement, NOTHING! You get the picture! This company should be shut down. Take my advice and others here and order elsewhere as this company is a JOKE!!

This company is a complete joke. Do not and I repeat do not order anything. It has taken me 5 weeks to sort out a part issue with a product that I ordered. This was eventually sorted out by the makers and not by them. THEY DO NOT CARE SO BEWARE. The company will not answer your enquiries by telephone face to face even on simple issues. Their staff are incompetent. They lie about ordering products. They are using Covid as an excuse CUSTOMER SERVICE NONE NONEXISTENT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Read their reviews and take note. The company do not deserve to be trading. Ps I am unable to give them a no star rating

Cant put no stars.Terrible company to deal with, if you ring them about an ebay order the line goes dead. I bought a bench in April this year and the arms started splitting after about 8 weeks. I have sent the 22 messages since 7 July and they have just fobbed me off, said they didn't have the photos I sent. Then eventually they said they did get them. Still not resolved could not replace as no longer sold it, said would collect but never came. Still trying to get a refund, now asking if manufacturer can send spare parts I said yes if they can guarantee they will come. No communication from them since Funnily enough found another complaint review identical to mine 3 years ago.

Overall a great company to deal with. Very honest. I ordered one day and my furniture was delivered within 36 hours. Extremely efficient. There was a fault with one of the products and I complained. A replacement was sent immediately without any issue. To be fair they seem to be very busy and difficult to get hold off but this is a function of workload I sense rather than any attempt to evade the issue. On the contrary this part of their service was great. I would recommend. FM.
