Stopped off for lunch at this interesting village pub whilst out for a long walk in the area. We received a warm welcome, friendly efficient service and very good food. We had the homemade steak pie which was delicious and definitely worth another visit.

Great little pub. Delicious \home cooked\ pub food with a really friendly staff. Highly reccomend. Not sure if the website attached to the Google maps directions is actually this pub (address on the website is for somewhere in Ipswich and the photos don't really match up)

Pleasant pub with eclectic decoration. Quite basic food, and unusual hospitality. House Merlot was very good indeed.

Word of mouth led me to this pub, doesn't look much from the outside but wait until you get in, the qwerky decor is great and a good talking point. Took a chance on this pub not having a website and taking my wife out for a meal for our 10th wedding anniversary but \i done good\ the barman and staff where welcoming, chatty and had plenty of time for us, food was lovely home cooked food, a good selection of beers, wines and spirits too. Overall probably one of the best pubs I've ever been too, we will definitely be going back again time after time and taking friends with us to enjoy a gem of suffolk.
