To make things easier for the engineer to avoid contact with you if you can leave a side door, garage door open or even a route to the boiler position (for undisturbed access) that would be great, please advise us at the time of booking. We can also arrange payment to be made via a Bacs transfer to avoid any unnecessary contact.
